I can’t believe February is almost over already. Time has just gone by so fast lately.

Hooray the fucking doctors have been messing with my meds again. Causing all sorts of negative side effects, so I had to practically force my way in there to get stuff changed the way I thought it should be. Even now I don’t take them exactly as prescribed because if I do it just knocks me into a coma for the rest of the day. No point in living that way. I’m on new meds and I’m feeling a lot better.

I was stressed because I couldn’t work again for awhile so money for me was really sparce. I lost my phone temporarily but I just got it back up today (woo!) so if you’ve tried to get in touch with me and you couldn’t that’s why. But cha can now.

I was working at both American Host and at Dong Hae Sushi but as of Sunday and today I have officially quit both my jobs. I start this upcoming Monday at Suvan’s Kitchen, part time in the daytime, but it’s Monday through Friday kinda thing and I think I have the potential to make a lot more tips there. Plus I’ll only have to work one job, one source of income instead of two little ones. Less laundry less stress. So I’m feeling positive that this is a good move for me and I’m going in the right direction. It’s hard though, I’m going to really miss a couple people from both jobs, but I know where I can find them.

Mike and I both stretched our ears to a 1/2″ but we’re about to order new earrings because we’re outgrowing these ones already. My goal is 5/8ths so I can wear these awesome giant pyrex spirals.

My brother got a pretty cool new game for the Wii called No More Heroes. It’s definitely mature and gory which I like but the main character is pretty cool and seems fun to play with. I like watching him.

For anyone that knows what I’m talking about I now have two level 70’s on the Blade’s Edge Server. One Night Elf Druid and now one Blood Elf Preist. They are both equally sexy, but I really want my preist to pwn. Plus I’m pretty dedicated to the horde now. I decided to have the two class symbols tattooed on my feet, and then I’ll do the chest piece.

Anyways, I guess that’s enough out of me. Say hi if you have the time!

So Mervyns sucked…hardcore. I couldn’t do it, and I guess I really didn’t want to. It was just so boring and the people there are incredibly lame. I quit after a few weeks, but before I did I found another job at a sushi place here in town. It’s definitely better and I feel like I’m in my element a little bit more. It’s a good second job since it’s a lot easier then the Host.

So Christmas is coming up, really fast. I can’t believe it’s only a couple weeks away. This year went by so fast and I can’t believe it’s almost over. It feels like just yesterday that I was spending Christmas in my other apartment. So much has happened and changed though I should be able to keep it all in perspective. I’m looking forward to the holiday though, and not only that but my birthday is just around the corner, and I like my birthdays lol. Although I’m going to be 24, and that’s one year closer to 25, which is almost 30! Don’t you love my rationalizations? I do too.

Lately I’ve been getting a lot of tattoo magazines, whichever ones I can find around at stores, and I duplicate drawings of tattoos I like. Mike gave me the idea, and I thought it was smart, just to show everyone that I can do it. Otherwise if it was only up to me I would just keep drawing stuff I like to draw, but that’s not always going to be the case. It’s been a really good exercise for me so far, and I think it’s easy. I’ve been in the mood to draw a big sugar skull with flowers and wings, so I might work on that today. I have the day off! Woot!

I’m going to be meeting up with another photographer soon to take another set for SG. I liked the one I just had taken but I’ve been wanting to work with this photographer for a little while and he seems like he does really nice work.

Ugh! I am so sick of people at this point. I can’t imagine how I’ll be when I’m 60, no wonder old people are always so grumpy and pissed off, maybe they’ve just had it. I don’t know, working as a waitress isn’t pretty work. It’s hard and it’s sucks always cleaning up after people and then scrounging for every dollar. Mervyns is no better and everyone is clearly unhappy to be working there.  At least I know I only need to keep one job if worst comes to worst.

I got sick again…I don’t know why or how but my immune system sucks ass. My cough has come back, with a vengeance so fierce it could be a live action film. At least cough drops and cough syrup have been helping me get through the work day.

Tomorrow I work at the Host from 8-230, and then at Mervyns from 4-11. I’m really disappointed with this upcoming weeks schedule but whaddya gonna do.

After all that, the good news is I got my tattoo gun and a variety of supplies! It’s awesome, sometimes I just take it out and hold it. One step closer people. Watch out.

Hey everyone! I just got home from an interesting therapy appointment. I have terrible nightmares that wake me up and prevent me from falling back asleep so he was trying to work on that. I had to write out every detail I could remember in my dream, and then the therapist dictated back to me a similar story, but a dream that I would actually enjoy dreaming. I gotta read this 3 times every night before I go to bed. Does this stuff really work? I’m not yet convinced but I’ll still be holding this piece of yellow paper in my hands as I fall asleep tonight.

Halloween is coming up. I’m not dressing up this year, I went all out last year which was really fun but I don’t feel the urge this year. I have the day off though, giving me this little 3 day weekend I got going. Which is good since I got a second job and I’ll be working at Mervyns soon as well as the Host.  Hopefully the hours work out well and I still have time to be at home to spend time with Mike, otherwise I’ll just quit Mervyns. Doesn’t really matter to me too much. Not yet. Maybe when I start getting two paychecks I’ll appreciate it more.

Still drawing little random things here and there and I had an idea for the next big drawing I would like to do. I plan on going to my mom’s soon to scan a bunch of stuff in.

Last Tuesday I went and watched Daniel tattoo a rosary on this chick’s ankle. She was really cool so it was fun to hang out with then two of them. I was impressed; Daniel freehanded the rosary onto her leg and then tattooed from there. I feel like I can learn so much from him, so I’m really excited to get started.

Hey there everyone! I met up with Daniel, the guy that will be apprenticing me. Yes! I think I finally found what I’ve been looking for. He’s a great artist and he has some really great ideas so I think we could work well together and learn from each other.

If you feel so inclined, I just totaled up my expenses for my supplies and it’s $643.62, and I know I’m missing a few things. Mike is going to start taking some classes for his EMT training, and we get to register for him on Monday so I’m really excited about that. I’ve had the stomach flu lately so I haven’t been feeling well but hopefully tomorrow I’ll be better. With this good news I don’t know how I can’t be. Take care everyone! ^_^

So recently my mother ran into some random guy with an awesome angel tattooed on his neck. When she inquired and started talking to him she found out he was looking for an apprentice. He wrote down all his information for me and told me to give him a call on Wednesday. I called him, and he’s not at a shop anymore but he’s going to be working out of his home studio and he said he was still willing to apprentice me. I’m going tomorrow to see his portfolio and to show him mine and I’m hoping for the best. Who knows? He could be a really amazing artist and a great person to learn from.

I finished the tiki drawing as well as the hydrangea and I’ll have scans of those up shortly. After seeing my picture of Ravishnan that I took with my webcam compared to his scan makes me want to scan all my stuff now. It just looks so much better. Anyways…

I’ve had a bit of the stomach flu for the past couple days so I haven’t been on top of my game but I’m hoping I’ll feel better soon. I hope everyone is doing well. Take care~! <3

Mike hit me with this one yesterday and for whatever reason it really stuck a heart string. I’ve always had a tendency or a desire if you will to fit in, and to just be accepted in general, but now, I don’t feel that way. It’s nice to come to a point in your life where you feel liberated enough to just fucking be yourself, and that’s enough and that’s okay.  This is where I’m at right now, and I’m pleased.

James, the owner of the beautiful Ravishnan, sent me a much nicer scanned image of the drawing I did for him so enjoy. I’m also working on some tiki totems and some hydrangeas that will be posted soon so check back!

From here on out I decided everything I do will be commissions. I’m not going to try to rip my friends and family off but I feel that I’m investing so much into these pieces that they should be worth a little something. No worries though, if I’m already working on something for you then you’re off the hook. ^_~ Take care everyone.

I just realized it’s been forever since I posted anything. I have more sketches coming (as usual), including something I’m working on for my mom, a hydrangea that she wants tattooed.  Things have been going really well with me. I moved into a new apartment with my brother and my boyfriend, Mike and things are working out great. I’m waiting tables at a restaurant that I can walk to from my new house so that’s great too. I’m working on ideas for my next SG set, so if anyone has anything creative for me lemme know. ^_~ Anyways, enough of that. Here’s a drawing I did for a friend of mine I play World of Warcraft with.
